Exchanges

Every product that we sell is unique in its own way as, they are handcrafted skillfully; kindly reconsider the product once before opting for a exchange.

NOTE: We Do Not Offer A Return. We Only Offer A Exchange!

To process a exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: Mata Payal’s #441 7th cross, sampige main road, malleshwaram Bangalore 560003 India. Ph 6366702206, Landline - 08023562905.
  • Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • No exchange can be made if the tag is missing from the product.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the exchange. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please provide us with a uninterrupted video of un-boxing exactly how it was delivered.

  • Email us at [email protected] with images of the products with packaging and tags. We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide us with a uninterrupted unboxing video exactly as it was delivered.
  • Once we approve the return, we will schedule the exchange.
  • Products retuned in damaged or used condition will not be exchanged.
  • Once the item is received by us, we will either exchange as requested or credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one).
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
  • Kindly give us one week to generate exchange.
  • After 3 failed attempts by our delivery partner to deliver the product, we to inform that we won’t be able to refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Store Credit can be used as per customer’s preference. Please allow at least 6-8 days for the entire return process to be completed.
